Q: Are items authentic?
A: ALL items are sourced and received directly from manufacturers & suppliers from the UK & US and are 100% authentic.
Q: Can I order an item which isn't available on the website?
A: That would be an affirmative yes. You may go to the "How Else Can We Help?" section & we will see how best to handle your request.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Please refer to the footer page of our website; if you'd prefer the bank transfer option you may drop us a direct message on instagram, leave us an e-mail, call/ text.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: We aim to process orders placed within 48 working hours from when placed (T+2). Orders placed within Lagos state aim to be delivered the next working day [3rd working day] (T+1 after processing time)
Outside of Lagos, 2-3 working days except in rare cases there might be delays beyond our control.
In cases of high demand, orders are processed within 72 hours & shipped subsequently- this applies to within Lagos & other states in Nigeria
Q: Where does Skincareplug.ng ship?
A: We ship all over Nigeria & selected African countries*
Do note that international orders are subject to local custom fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties.
Q: Can I return/exchange my product?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, we are unable to accept returns/ offer exchanges for the safety of all our customers, due to the sensitivity of skincare products.
Q: What are my delivery/shipping options?
A: Starting at 3,000 naira delivery charge for most orders within Lagos state
13,000 naira delivery charge applies via DHL Express (1 to 3 business days) for Nationwide.
*NB: For orders outside of Nigeria courier calculated shipping rates applies.
